“We endeavored to deliver a well-planned, quality focused and meaningful Earth Week on and off-site that is reflective of our company values and our personal passion for the environment. Kayla embodied the spirits of the team mission and imparted that spirit to everyone she interacted with. She was one of our team leads for organizing our first ever environmental fair called “Experience Green” - key elements entailed working with members of the public and being a positive company spokesperson, planning within internal protocols and logistics to bring in 24 exhibitors, addressing security access requirements, equipment needs, creating floor plan/layout, the visual atmosphere, the coordination of volunteers and support staff, advertising and communication, distribution of prizes to attendees, and hands on set up and take down. In total there were close to 500 staff members who visited the environment fair and expressed positive sentiments on the experience; this is a direct credit to Kayla’s work and her tireless commitment to the endeavor.”
